Via specialized subcontractors, FLAVANJOU produces fluid extracts or dried extracts with an advanced analytic control for the polyphenols constituents. It has also access to incredible knowledge being member of the International Research and Development cluster, VEGEPOLYS, dedicated to plants studies, the only one centre in Europe.

Didier Hauret, Managing Director of FLAVANJOU ORGANIC and an organic winemaker in Anjou, started the business to produce an extraction of organic grape skins with the help of the distillery in Thouarcé, and led a programme of research and development into polyphenols since 2005.
